After six years climbing the corporate ladder—from cold caller to regional sales leader—Connor left Corporate America in 2018 to launch a roofing business in Oklahoma’s competitive storm restoration market. Within 12 months, the company generated over $2.7 million in revenue, and by year two, it was consistently producing $500K per month, leading to a merger with a company in Greenville, SC.

Connor relocated to the mountains of Upstate South Carolina, where he served as President of Roofing.com—leading the charge on national coaching programs, masterminds, and one of the roofing industry’s best conferences, RoofCON. That experience naturally evolved into full-time consulting.
