Connor’s rapid ascension as a coach, mentor, and consultant to the industry is a result of his “fail fast, learn faster” mentality. After 6 years of climbing through the ranks from entry-level sales to regional management, he found the corporate space would not allow him to reach his leadership goals.
Upon entering the industry, he experienced early success of a multi-million dollar roofing company within the first 6 months and eventually went on to sell that company in 2020 via merger. Connor has brought a lot of industry-agnostic knowledge and insight of how to build a business with sound, sustainable, and scalable practices across all departments of business.
To date, he has worked directly with over 100 roofing & trades businesses successfully guiding many of them to 3-5x+ bottom-line growth! His unique vision and integration skill set, paired with proprietary methodologies, offer tremendous value for many business owners and leadership teams across the US.
He specializes in coaching business leaders to become polished Executives who go on to achieve sustained growth that begins with establishing a clear vision followed by defining an exact path to ensure results.
With extensive experience in operating multi-million dollar roofing and business consulting companies, Mikaela has built her expertise around conceptualizing creative strategies, developing engaging training programs, and implementing systems and processes across all departments.
Noteworthy career highlights include being the former COO at Roofing.com as she transformed RoofCON from a 60-attendee conference to attracting more than 3000 attendees in 2 years. She then worked with more than 50 companies involved in a roofing-specific mastermind comprised of companies in more than 20 different states. Finally, after recognizing an opportunity to lead a roofing organization herself, she took on the pivotal role of COO at CK Roofing Solutions.
Mikaela led the Hardline Solar & Roofing and CK Roofing Solutions teams through a successful company merger by combining and rewriting all standard operating procedures, building training documents and systems, running sales meetings, managing and overseeing production, management of all apps and tech, and daily operating an 8-figure roofing organization. With her expertise in leadership, operations, and overall business acumen, Mikaela has been crucial in facilitating the growth and success of roofing contractors and industry experts alike.
Sandra has always had a hand in the finances of multi-million dollar organizations since she entered the workforce. She found early success specifically in the home services industry after becoming the Finance Manager of a $5m+ Flooring Company based in Dalton, GA for more than 2 years. During this time, she executed and oversaw all accounts payables, accounts receivables, profit & loss, and all other major accounting functions.
When she moved to Greenville in 2021, she assumed the role of Controller for Roofing.com by building highly complex budgets, executing profit-maximizing financial strategies, and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization.
After her stint at Roofing.com, Sandra became the CFO for CK Roofing Solutions honing the acumen of managing all the accounting and financial practices to successfully run an 8-figure roofing organization. With her thorough understanding of financial intricacies, CRM and Quickbooks mapping/syncs, bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and strategic cash flow management, she has consistently delivered tangible results for the organizations she has served.
Leah has a passion for crafting distinctive brands through compelling visuals and copywriting. Her professional journey began in B2B Sales and Marketing, which led her to assist many small business owners with launching products in multiple different industries. Leah finds immense satisfaction in merging sales and marketing messaging strategies to create impactful branding and help expand brand awareness to their target audience.
Recognizing her desire for strategic marketing, Leah transitioned into the roofing industry as a Marketing Director for another B2B consulting group within the industry to elevate the brand presence with the implementation of multiple modalities. Furthermore, she immersed herself in refining the process of impactful social media marketing, social media ads, and SEO strategies tailored for construction companies. She has since implemented those valuable marketing strategies into other trades businesses generating legitimate results.
Building on her marketing expertise, Leah assumed the role of Operations Director for Executive Partners. Utilizing her decade-long tenure in luxury hospitality and management at the Four Seasons, Leah now pairs both her unique marketing skillset and versatility in client experience to contribute valuable insights, facilitation, and efficiency to the EP's day-to-day functions.
